Welcome to Sex Hangup ("Site", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Sex Hangup governing your access to and use of the Site. By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Site contains sexually explicit, adult-oriented material and is intended solely for consenting adults. You agree that you will not: (a) post content that is illegal, that depicts any person under 18, or that you do not have the right to share; (b) harass, threaten, or defraud other members; (c) solicit or offer commercial sexual services or anything of value in exchange for sexual activity (prostitution is prohibited); (d) upload malware, spam, or engage in scraping or automated access; (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age; or (f) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Site. You are solely responsible for your content and interactions with other members.

5. Safe Harbor & Content Moderation

Consistent with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), we act as an interactive computer service and are not the publisher of member-generated content. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor or remove content. We do not tolerate content involving minors or non-consensual activity and will report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

6. DMCA / Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent at the email on our Contact page, including all information required by the DMCA. We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

7. Payments & Billing

Paid access packages are billed through our payment processors at the prices shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are for the stated access period. You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method. Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and do not guarantee the identity, conduct, or compatibility of any member. You interact with other members at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sex Hangup and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site or interactions with other members. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sex Hangup from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
