18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this Site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created.

Exemption

Some or all of the visual content on this Site may consist of user-generated content and/or content that is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 because it does not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256 (2)(A) through (D), but is instead merely depictions of non-sexually-explicit nudity, or depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or is otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were not produced by the operator of this Site.

User-Generated Content

With respect to visual depictions uploaded by members, the Site operates as a hosting platform. The individual member who created and uploaded such content is the "producer" as that term is defined in the applicable statutes and regulations, and is responsible for maintaining the required records. Every member affirms, as a condition of uploading content, that all persons depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation and that the member holds the records required by law.

Custodian of Records

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for content for which the Site is the producer are kept by the Custodian of Records at the business address on file with our operating entity. Zero Tolerance

Sex Hangup has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors or non-consensual activity. Any such content is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement.
